Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. My parents accompanied me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work to the max and sacrifice. In the hope of having a better life I was determined to try my best to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. I believed that my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from university, be offered an executive position, marry and begin a family. The lifestyle I had imagined for myself was not what it turned into. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that I disliked my corporate position. While the pay and the status was great but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. It was more like I was simply spending my time. While navigating my way towards a new career path, I discovered that I was supposed to be an instructor. I was a fan of working out, I liked being social and I loved helping people. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. Being a Asian female in this industry there are very few. In the coaching industry I'm determined to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and happier. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to do in their life. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the greatest loss to me. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is at peace in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us exactly what we need even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. The abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to experience the next stage of my life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to transition into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live my life today and not just surviving like I was before. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at your best and never have regrets when it comes to your final days. Death is our only assurance in this life.
