Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. The family moved from Casper, Wyoming with his family when he was 13. His father, who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and directed the soil conservation district of Casper.
